What does "mix & match" for Bundle Deals mean?
It means that you are not limited to items from the same set, but that you can also combine items from different games!
★ For example, a valid 3 Keychain Deal would be a Host Keychain, Inia Keychain + Nanu Keychain!
★ Furthermore, sticker sheets and sticker prints can also be freely combined.
If possible, try to check in advance if the items you want are still in stock. Otherwise, I might have to contact you and/or refund your order.
When selecting a bundle deal, how do I say which other items I want?
To the right of your shopping cart, or during checkout, you can add a "Message for the merchant".
Feel free to share your choices & add any details relevant to your order there!
How long does Delivery usually take?
I typically process orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Once shipped, here is an estimate for how long it will take for your order to arrive:
- Switzerland: 1-2 days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks
For customers outside of Switzerland: When your order arrives, please note that you may additionally have to pay a customs / import fee — this is unfortunately beyond my control.
What's the deal with EU orders?
Due to strict EU regulations, orders for the EU are always only open for a limited time, 2-3 times a year. Sign up for my newsletter to be notified about when EU orders open!
I will batch all EU orders and send them out at the same time, so in this case, the shipping time estimate counts for AFTER the EU order window ends. European countries outside of the EU are not affected.
Will you be bringing back [SOLD OUT ITEM]?
Typically yes, if there is enough interest. Let me know which design you're interested in, and I will consider bringing it back!
Why are some items from your [CONVENTION] booth not available here?
To respect the original creators and to comply with various fanwork policies, any non-original merch will only be sold during in-person events. If you are interested in these items, please check my event attendance list or contact me for more information!
